Pretty sure the ugha assasin, if he's the one with the blow dart, comes out from behind the temple where you got the chief as for the rocket, are you having trouble getting into it? or building it? It sounds like you haven't gotten to the actual gathering of studs yet. (I've finished 100% on Raiders, Temple, and all three Crystal Skull)...
