A cap were to be put on all executive pay that was tied to lowest paid employee. Like maybe no executive could earn more than twenty five times that of their lowest paid employee. That way the only way they could get a pay raise is to raise the lowest paid employee's pay as well. I suspect that would be waayyy to socialistic for this enlightened country though.....

First it was minimum wage laws that created unemployment. What are going to be the effects when the Obamaphiles and the pay czars and their minions get around to creating maximum wage laws, like they're trying to do with CEOs? Gotta wonder.

It's basically made Americans almost unemployable in comparison to foreigners. So instead of employed at a low wage, an American will be completely unemployed and the job will go to a foreigner overseas. That's what happened with manufacturing.
