Here is what my upper/lower split should look like, for the time being: DAY A Squat Leg Curl Leg Extension Leg Adduction Leg Abduction DAY B Lat Pulldown/Pull Ups Dumbbell Overhead Press Dumbbell Bent Over Row Dumbbell Bench Press Dumbbell Bicep Curls Dumbbell Tricep Extensions Pretty sure I'll be doing these on Thursday and Friday, thus giving me time...

here is phase 2 here you use a weight that you can use for 12 strict reps chest/back Incline chest 10x6 Wide grip pull ups 10x6 Flat Fly 3x6 Bent over row 3x6 Legs Leg Press 10x6 Leg Curls 10x6 Leg Extension 3x12-15 Lunges 3x12-15 Close Grip Bench 10x6 Bent Bar Curls 10x6 Side lat 3x10-12 Rear Fly 3x10-12

Hello, I would love a Titan'esque set-up but don't have the space. I am instead looking for a good / solid bench with decent leg attachments. I can find a decent bench, but most of the leg attachments basically, ummm, suck. (Cheap bearings, poorly positioned, flimsy, etc.) Any suggestions? Ideally the bench would incline, but I have another bench that I can use for that purpose...
