so i am just wondering if
kettlebell swings will be a good form of cardio for fat loss? i am already doing cardio on treadmill for 45 - 60 mins 4 times a week but the intensity required to get any fat loss is affecting my squat, so i am looking for an alternate way to do cardio. and yes i am looking at sled dragging as well here's a vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=...
