I'll date myself and say that my current overclocked computer is using an MSI board with a P4 cpu. I can't really remember why I went with MSI, but is still working fine. Who's the best motherboard manufacturer these days in terms of best "bang for the buck" / best QUALITY motherboards for Intel CPUs (in your learned options)? Thanks.

guys pareho din ba ng procedure yung pagOC sa AMD? kasi marunong ako sa INTEL sa BIOS when I had my e5200... Ganun padin ba sa AMD aside from adjusting the FSB and multiplier, RAM and VCORE? Thank you.

Lo people. I need to tweak this Qx6700... i need the clock speed now. It's not just multiplier unlocked goodness that I want though (provided by my QX), must be an overclocking motherboard of some sort and Intel based, won't take Nvidia. Minimum 4 USB on rear and minumum headers internally for 4 front usb ports Minimum 4 SATA What you got guys?

Hey everyone. Just registered here. I am not new to overclocking, got still much to learn though.. So I am about to OC my Intel Core i7 950 @ 3.07 GHz I do not have a water cooler. What is your opinion? How much can I overclock? Any help would be great!

if your heavily overclocking an intel core I5 this might be of interest to you http://www.anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.aspx?i=3661 basically foxconn sockets dont appear to be seating all the pins correctly, giving the possibly on heavily clocked machines of burning the pin pads on the CPU rendering it useless.

How do you define quality? The technical definition is conformance to requirements, so anything that meets it's specification is a quality product. If you want the ultimate overclocking tool then you are most likely looking at something from DFI or EVGA as they make non-reference design boards that genuinely do push the envelope in terms of tweakability. Ha hwmonitor oppe,start noen programmer, prime95 eller ex. OCCT, IKKE lukk hwmonitor. Last ned Prime95 HER Bare kjør standard testen "blend" , den stresser cpu+ litt ram. Krasjer pcn mens du kjører prime95 er pcn din ustabil,det er delte meninger om stresstesting og overklokking,men skal du ha en 24/7 overklokk bør prime95 kunne gå et par timer uten error eller bsod....
