I'm 25,12 weeks pregnant, and have badly impacted wisdom teeth - for YEARS. I think it has been at least 6 years since I've gone to one. I had a horrid last experience (not enough freezing medication, I was screaming but they wouldn't stop). I am so embarrassed and scared. Has anyone gone through this???

I had my wisdom teeth removed, but my experience was thak goodness wonderful (I had a great surgeon),I was fine the same day. I suggest that u find a new and good surgeon expelin what hpapened.

i look completely normal, no bruising or anything and no chipmunk cheeks is this normal? or should i be expecting some swelling tomorrow?

Dont complain that u have no swelling. Some peopel may swell alot or a little bit ( i had very little swellnig (inside of my mouth only0. USually theres no bruising. Keep icing ur cheeks.

If you have impacted wisdom teeth, does that mean they definitly have to be taken out? Also can wisdom teeth that arnt throught properly cause headaches, had anyone had headaches caused by wisom teet? if you have can you describe for me please? thanks :-)

OK thanks, its just every now and then the gum around them get sore, it does get better but at the moment its particularly bad and ive got sore cheeks :-/

^ I don't know him personally. There is no objective way for me to gauge his competence. Before graduating from dental school, we are all required to perform at least one Odontectomy ( surgical removal of teeth ) case. My advice to you, ask your friends or relatives for referrals, particularly those who've underwent odontectomy. Good luck.
