there's no clear cut answer to this. Depending on your cpu, motherboard, cooling, etc... the results will vary. Even two of the same cpu can have different overclocking results. Pretty much increase the clock speed in small increments, and use the computer like normal. Keep an eye on the temps too. As long as the computer remains stable and temps are not too high, push it a little ...

Overclocking options are going to be very limited, and I doubt you could achieve much above stock speed anyway. But if you would simply read your manual, it will explain to you each and every setting, and what it is for.
