These charts are absolutely ridiculous. I'm 5'5", and supposed to weigh between 134-160lbs. Even after my
stem-cell transplant was I nowhere near 136. Right now I am a very healthy 157 with NO misconceptions. I run everyday, lift 3 days/week, and participate/teach martial arts 2 days/week. My waist is 30", and if I lost more weight I'd have to start buying my clothes in the kid's section. ...
