Yes I would stay away from the upgrades thats for sure. I ended up getting a refund from the retailer after putting a bit of pressure on them - who admitted that they have had many of them back for the same issues. Don't forget guys - you have the right to return the product for a refund unless they can fix it! - I encourage you to do so if you can.
