I think you're right. We have some success with a small turbo diesel over on HHO-info with just water injection alone, and another I think on Fuel-Savers. I'm wondering why it's not been done on big diesels, since it's known that it works on hyper-aspirated engines, at least for power, if not FE. One possibility is that if something goes wrong, it's so expensive, but tests could be done on an ...
