I Just purchased a new Dell Insiron 546 running Windows 7 Professional with a Soundblaster X-fi card. I wanted to record music off of Internet radio stations, but have been unable to record audio using Creative, Roxio or Windows media player. I burned one disk successfully in Roxio, but that's it. Mic: RED TYPE A Anyone ever get Radio Sounding Interference from a tube mic? Its mostly soft low frequency noise(static buildup, soft pops) with no discernable pitch or rhythm. The station is in Kitchener and plays Country music. I was asking how to receive the station in Hamilton. The link in post #12 shows the solution I came up with.
