After 7 months from my rotator cuff surgery I want to start using free weights. Has anyone had experience with this and what size and frequency did you start out at. I have healed and have full range of motion with a small amount of pain on occasion.. Any input will be appreciated.

Hi all, I'm new to this forum. Well, I suppose some of you know, or heard of, the Navy SEALs workout program (pytlik.com/escape/navyseals2.html for those who haven't). My first question is; what do you think about it? My second question is; how would you remake the program to add three days of free weight training? I'm thinking of trying it out, for variation. :-)

I have a nice weight bench along with all of the weights that I am giving away for free. Bought them for my husband last year and we no longer have room for them in our garage. They have been in the rain for the last day, but no damage or rust spots...still in very nice condition. Nothing broken, all the pieces there! Also, I have a vaccum, clothes, kitchen stuff etc. I need this all...
