Chances are if you drink a gainer, you're going to put on some fat. Analyze your BMR and figure out what maintenance is for you
caloric intake, then figure out how a gainer would fit into your diet. I personally don't do any cardio when trying to put on muscle, but that's just me. Doing cardio can be beneficial or detrimental depending on what your goals are. Animal Pak does not have creatine...
