im only getting fat from my weight gainer, im on a low fat 6 normal meal diet + 2 weight gainer a day. what do i do wrong?

I'm anything but a hard gainer I gain fat and muscle equally and its very easy for me to put on fat which is why I eat and plan the way I do In terms of the hormones I like to push personal limits and see how it works. If u don't push the limits you'll never find ur personal sweet spot Is 500mg of test better for u then 700? U won't know till u try and that not overly excessive ...

Look up making your own gainer- it's worth making it yourself with milk, peanut butter etc., because the pre made gainers just pack on too much fat.

Lol, looks like you don't really understand the nutritional aspect behind bodybuilding. Yes, they could hypothetically make you fat but this all depends. My friend went from 135 to 190 by pretty much dirty bulking. He would just eat anything with a weight gainer in there also. He did get some fat ofcourse. But he did gain a lot of mass. Different things work for different people.

Chances are if you drink a gainer, you're going to put on some fat. Analyze your BMR and figure out what maintenance is for you caloric intake, then figure out how a gainer would fit into your diet. I personally don't do any cardio when trying to put on muscle, but that's just me. Doing cardio can be beneficial or detrimental depending on what your goals are. Animal Pak does not have creatine...

if your goal is to lose body fat then don't go with a weight gainer. Go with a lean protein (low calorie) product, for example EvoPro, Isopure, Syntrax Nectar, or something similar. A weight gainer will contain too many calories for you to cut body fat.
