I have been following Doug's 6 Day Cut since June 23 (about 11 weeks). Just had to give this a try. Chicken Fried steak is the DH's fav! Very tasty and the crust stayed on the steaks very well, which is always a problem for me. O.k. So here's what my diet consists of: 8am-3 egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit, 8oz water 10am-1 wasa crisp cracker w/1 wedge laughing cow cheese ,32 fresh blueberries, 8oz water 12pm- 1 advantage low carb shake, 12 almonds, 8oz water 3pm-2 oz baked talapia, 8 spears of asparagus 8oz water 6pm-pre w/o 1 med chicken breast baked, 8 spears of asparagus, 1/2 grapefruit, 8oz ...
