You should be able to double click on the zip folder, which will open it. At the top of the open folder should be a set of icons that perform different functions, one of which is to extract all files or selected files. If you can't get this far, the folder may be corrupted, in which case try downloading again. I see Ellen had the same idea.

Good question. The answer is YES I ftpped the downloaded zip file over to my pc and then unzipped it. No problem with unzipping the file
