What I am doing in my diet plan --------------------------------------... 1.Walk 50 laps around the football field at my school 2.Drink only water and tea 3.Eat only half the food I usually eat. 4.Extersize I'm trying to get to the average weight of girls my age, which is about 100 pounds (I'm about 200-300 pounds). Do you advise anything else?

Make sure your carbohydrates are the complex kind - oatmeal is good, likewise anything brown! For example, the best rice is something like brown basmati. White rice just leaves you hungry soon after your meal, and isn't as nutritious. Same with other white processed products. Think in terms of low GI which should mean you don't feel so hungry.
