The first step is being well hydrated. When I was TTC#1, I never paid attn to my fluid intake. I barely consumed half of my fluid requirements on a daily basis. I was chronically dehydrated and never knew it. Question Our St. Bernard recently had 14 puppies by C-section. The mother became very toxic and did not live. We have a lady who has taken the puppies to feed and nurture through this process. It's powdered or dehydrated milk. I don't think you'll be able to substitute liquid milk in this recipe as its meant to get it's moisture from the chocolate syrup and the egg whites.

I'm coming to the end of nearly two years of concentrating very hard on losing 25 lousy pounds (and the strangely exaggerated health problems that have come with them). And it hasn't worked.
