I am wondering if any of you have used the ACP Decorative Thermoplastic Wall Panels? We are thinking of using them on our bathroom walls and are curious if anyone has any experience with these and can offer advice or comments regarding these panels. Thanks! Pam

I am thinking of doing decorative panels in my living room but I am a bit nervous as I've always had one, long rod per window in the past. Yours look fabulous! THANK YOU! You make me blush! I saw the 14" curtain rods on ...

geniebird, I have a question too? When you say you make a sleeve and slip the curtain rod through, when you hand it on the nails, you must mean that the fabric sleeve is also sitting on the nail, right? I am trying to imagine this in my head. I use cafe decorative rods but am thinking I may go the route of the clear almost flat rods that you use for sheer panels. I have some of this type on my...

I agree with much of the above. Looking at the windows, I too would eliminate valances, and add low tie backs on each window. I'd either remove blinds or make sure they are rolled up high. Alternatively, you could hang your iron openwork panels in the windows instead of the blinds. I too would remove beads from chandelier and try either black, or black and white toile shades. A few ...

Just wanted to come back to this thread which Big Al kindly helped me with. I have my timber frame in place, seems accurate enough however I now have two other questions which i have been trying to find answers to via search but no look. Ive found threads but no one has replied to the posters. Likewise I was going to ask when i put a panel up should i staple gun in one side? i.e. ...

Quote from: Qman on Oct 26, 2008 at 04:06 PM This is a good idea to for an LCD hanging on the wall, pede sya lagay around the lcd tv. Exactly sir. And the messy wires are conveniently hidden underneath the panels. There are plain finishes like gunmetal grey, etc. to match plasma TV's, if wood finishes arent the customer's preference.

$26k for kitchen cabinets? As a benchmark, we spent $21k on our Kraftmaid cabinets and that got us a mid-range door style plywood sides, special glaze, crown molding, light rail, and a bunch of decorative end panels for a large kitchen (13x20) with an above average number of cabinets (100 square feet of counters, if that gives you an idea). You should be able to go way cheaper on them than $26k...

I have an '89 YJ. I am in the process of redoing the door panels and I opted to simply cover over the original vinyl with some G.I. muslin bandages (OD colored muslin material) and my pull handles will be OD nylon webbing with black hardware. My question is whether I should put any decoration on the panels like foam on the back and some decorative stitching or sewing on some of my old military ...
