Careful here folks; the "5,000 for each mobility aid" looks like dynamic force: weight X G. The 1100 lbs cited for the Sprinter tie downs may also be dynamic force, in which case Bird Dog is absolutely right that they are not adequate for WC tie down. On the other hand, Mercedes could be specifying that an actual 1100 lb load can be attached (which at, for example, 4G would be 4400 lbs force)....
