I have several XP clients running 4.91 SP5.  Some are prompted to press crtl-alt-delete to login and others are just given the login prompt.  I'd like to make it consistent, preferably with the ctrl-alt-delete.  What is the setting that controls this?

My husband is using Vista and when he has to use the Ctrl Alt Delete box, he can end whatever task that needs to be ended but there is no little red x or anything to get rid of the Ctrl Alt Delete box. I have no clue what he has done and what can be done so that he can close the box without rebooting his computer. Thank you in advance. Linda
