I have a 5gb Creative Zen micro, had it for about 4 years now. and yesterday morning i plugged it into my computer to charge and i came back later in the day to get it and its stuck on Recovery Mode. and i tried to Clean Up, Format All, Reload Firmware, Reboot. and every time i do those they go to the Creative screen then back to it. tried to install WMP11/Creative Media Source then uninstall and...

I had one of these before I got an iPod, and there's a lot of music on it that I no longer have the files for on my computer, however, it won't let me copy/cut them from the Zen, but I can delete them. Is there anyway that I can get the music off the Zen and onto my computer? Thanks in advance

I have installed the programmes from the disc included with the zen micro and have tried troubleshooting it aswell, but my computer still doesnt recognsie it. I can use a computer, but am not an expert, so am not sure if there is something I have missed. Would really like some help as I really don't want to have to buy an ipod!! Thank you! I looked up your Zen Micro at its site and from what I have discovered your MP3 player only had drivers that were made for Windows XP and XP x64. Now according to what I found at this site: http://support.creative.com/Downloads/welcome.aspx you can use the same Applications in Vista which means you can use them in Windows 7 but as for drivers it looks like they will not be making any for ...

I have recently upgraded my mp3 player, but still love my creative player and still want to carry on using it, but I have a couple of audio books on it that I would like to retrieve from it and transfer them on to my new one, and keep my creative for music. My problem is that I have lost the old installation discs and the computer it was synced to is probably in cemetery for dead and dying pcs...

OK further info - after putting house back together after major search for the installation disc.....guess what I found it, so have installed the software, but alas I cannot get it to recognise player.......grrrrr!!! if anyone has any ideas it would be appreciated i realy dont want to loose the books I have.x
