I am somewhat confused!! I have previously taken Six Star Creatine Monohydrate, but this was approximately a year and a half ago. When I took it previously, the directions suggested that, after the "Load" period of 5-7 days, that 1 scoop was to be taken BEFORE working out to give that extra amount of energy to get in added reps and/or sets. I just purchased some more creatine(same ...

So I've been doing research about cycling creatine because I am thinking of buying some and seeing how it affects my workout but I've heard like 9218501295 different ways for cycling it. I highly doubt this but is there one way that has been proven to be most effective? If not are the different types of cycles tailored to different goals of the person taking it? just trying to figure out which ...

Ok so ive been working out about say 10 months pretty steady except for during the football season. Before the season i had about 6 months of a steady workout but did not seem to be making any gains. A friend of mine introduced me to Purple K and said it worked with him to gain size and more strength so i figured why not. I used it for about 2 months(just over one bottle of use) and i did not ...

So I've had some introductory experiences with creatine mono and am just curious what everyone has been able to learn about the product. I understand it hasn't undergone much testing being so new but there's so many contradicting articles online I was hoping someone would be able to help clear up the situation on creatine monohydrate.. If you have any good info please list the source, THANKS!...

I'm thinking of using creatine monohydrate when basketball season ends and I was wondering, if I want to use 5g of creatine for my workout, would it be more beneficial to use it before or after my workout? And would it help if I consume creatine on days I don't workout?

I drink the recommended amount of water per day which leads me to pee every hour or so, however in the night i guess my body empties all the water.. so i literally wake up at the very least 2 times a night to pee... this of course disrupts my sleep and is pretty annoying considering i have to wake up for school the next day right in the morning. are there any ways to avoid this? I guess not ...

Ok, thanks for the input. I used creatine a little bit over summer but it was more because i worked at a smoothie place that had it as a supplement so i would use it whenever i worked there since it was free. I'm bulking right now so the more mass gain the better(as long as it isn't accompanied by huge fat gains)

I've never known anyone who saw negative side effects with creatine. In fact I know more people who tried it and said it didn't work, but they were already larger so I'll never understand why so many people think they can benefit from it. As a hardgainer, creatine helped me fill out a good 5 lbs or so. And I never had any negative side effects. Can't say the same for NO products.
