Hi, My name is Bryan and I am on probation in New Jersey. I have an issue though, recently I was required to give a sample to my probation officer like usual, i passed the test no problem. The problem was that I had to go to IOP (Intensive Out-Patient) right afterwords and give another sample for them. Now when they got the results back they said I was dilute and I now have to do a day in jail ...

Replying to: Creatine Levels I'm sorry, but we cannot provide legal advice. We don't know the timing between samples, what you did or did not consume (beverage) in what amounts, or any of the other details, such as what you needed further treatment for. This is a question for your doctor who is familiar with your health, or who can at least discuss your health with you. Most people are...

NO explode has trace levels of creatine in it, but it is mainly a preworkout supplement. After trying MANY, MANY brands of creatine, I'd recommend either gaspari's sizeon or muscletech's anabolic halo. The key to these is to not take 1 scoop at a time; after you have worked up a tolerence take the full dose to get better results.

If your protein has decent levels of sugar in it, it should actually help the creatine process better, but other than that I don't believe there are any negative side effects to mixing them.
