The small 16.5" Vertex frame is listed on Rocky's website as having a 603mm (23.74 in) effective top tube length! Is that a mistake or correct? Wow, seems super long for a small frame. If true, Rocky's probably sized me out of their 29'ers.

Someone else correct me: Your inseam is more important than your overall height (length from bottom of foot to the top of a book placed in your crotch. That I believe is called your stand over height. Secondary to that is the top tube length (but also very important). Google Here's a good link .
