Is there a prescribed method for mating an oil pump which has the spacing for 8mm studs to a case sporting 6mm studs? I understand the 6mm/8mm studs/holes are not concentric so that it's not just a question of tapping for 8mm studs... I got the bass as a project. When i bought the bass the preamp and pickups were not working. I was able to fix it. The bass was really dirty when i got out. Now it looks alot better. The controls are sweet. Volume( acts as Active/Passive switch) , concentric bass/treble tone, blend knob. Im still thinking if i should put coil switches. I have been using cables every now and then for intense eccentric and concentric contractions, negatives and growth stimulation through muscle confusion. Has anybody else tried to switch it up either with cables or some other apparatus to get that twenty-something pump again? Let me hear from you (yes I'm 54). -Larebee-
