As a mental health professional, I too feel that CBT is a very powerful form of therapy. I had a semester of CBT in grad school and the Becks wrote our texts. That is why I like WW so much, not only is it CBT but is in a group setting-and group therapy is also highly effective. I ordered her books after reading about them on these boards.
