I grow it. I have two. One planted in deep clay and protected from the wind is a very good rose with a wonderful spring flush. I stuck a two foot pruned cane into the ground where I've just planted a young plant of Illusion, and the "cutting" took off and never looked back. Mayfair is one of those working-class neighborhoods of Philadelphia. It is actually pleasantly close to Frankford terminal, with easy access right into center city on SEPTA. If you have a car, parking generally is never a problem in NE Phila, unlike center city. Frankford Ave. has a lot of businesses, shops, bars and stuff for things to do.
