I have have been looking for a new project and really leaning towards a honda powered buggy. Go for that lightweight approach on things. I have searched for a few days now and only found single seater buggies. I am looking for a 2 seater so I can get some ideas on how things are placed.

I did some checking and the buggies can be configured with special filters that can remove some metals and even arsenic. Costs more, but can be done. The big thing about the carts, however, is what I originally stated. Suppose you have a source of water (river, pond, lake, well) but it is contaminated from bathing, sewage, etc. The buggy can pull the water from the source, clean it, and make it ...

"My understanding is that the water buggies are designed to treat all types of ORGANIC contamination - ecoli, salmonela, all human waste, all animal waste. Metal contamination poses a different problem which requires special filtration processes, and is very expensive." My apologies Arb... I should've just quoted you originally. I yelled FIRE!!!

Hiya, I recently saw an American couple here in Munich with 2 SINGLE buggies which were sort if held together with 2 or 3 clasps, IYKWIM?! I should have asked them where to get it, because it made such a great and versatile twin buggy! Just imageine using it on your favorite maclaren, zapp of whatever - although both chassis have to be kind of rectangular, I guess... Has anyone of you ever seen ...

Okay, so me and a friend of mine were at Wal-Mart. I told him I was going to take the buggie to the drop off. He said "Shopping Cart." But I was like, "No, they're called buggies." lol, anyways, which one? Shopping Cart, or Buggie? I remember when they were called Buggies, but I don't know when that changed. I always called them Buggies.

Has anyone spotted any of the made in china MB's yet? I was in Baby Bunting in Balwyn this morning and they have a navy MB double which says Urban Jungle on the footplate. It still had the all in one hood rather than two independent hoods (which I think the new models are supposed to have). Just a bit curious. I have never seen one with Urban Jungle on it in Australia. Also - can anyone confirm...

I was in Elkhart, Indiana the other day - the buggy traffic apparently was horse's nose to horse's ass because two of them had some sort of "collision" at an intersection - there were buggy parts on the side of the road - and their respective drivers were becoming "ungodly" in their interaction. The local constabulary showed up and I drove on. BTW-I've never seen one of those things with ...

My name is Andy Stone and I'm a shop teacher in Tuluksak Alaska (google earth it for a good laugh), needless to say we are in the middle of no where and getting materials for class projects can be a bit of a challenge. My principal really wants my class to build some sort of go cart/ dune buggy. 1 idea is to buy a pre built go cart from the lower 48, ship it up air freight ($1,500-$3,000), ...

I'm looking for pics of roll bars/cages on dune buggies to try and get an idea of what I'm looking at, as far as fabrication. I've had a number of people ask me if I'm going to do a cage or bar, but haven't seen any on my specific body style. I think if I see some on the regular buggy body, I may be able to figure something out? PLEASE POST SOME PICS! Whats your thought? Thanks Everyone.

"The only realistic long term strategy is to work towards a total ban on Thrillcraft." Thrillcraft is defined by this organization as snowmobiles, dirt bikes, dune buggies, ATVs, jet skis, and anything that travels off road. I dont know if you all have seen this website or heard of this organization but this is a SERIOUS threat to us and is seriously misconstruing who motorized users...

Hi Can anyone give me names of pushchairs buggies which will fit into small hatchback (polo). Budget dictates that ill be buying a 2nd hand buggy so names of any older models would be great. Preferably suitable from birth I know the quinny buzz seems to fold very small but even 2nd hand ones of these are quite expensive

Hum. I was checking out the ROAR site and on 1/8th Elec buggy it said we have to have gear covers??? this was absent for the 1/8th gas buggies but definitely there for electric. Then the Traxxas veleron Brushless was not on the approved list for mod motors. sorta surprising but ****.
