Hey everyone... I have two children, and since having them I had a breast augmentation. I know that my doctor said I should still be able to breast feed, but I am curious if anyone knows whether a pregnancy and or breast feeding will cause them to sag or anything? Hello, The answer is usually. If you are planning have implants and want to preserve your ability to breastfeed as much as possible, then talk to your doctor about this. There are ways to do the surgery to preserve the breast more than others if planned ahead of time. Best Regards, John Di Saia MD

As far as your doc recommending another surgery to make your implants bigger, tell him that you are all for it as long as he pays for it. He did not deliver what he promised. Relax, don't listen to the people who are telling you they will stay rock hard. It takes them some time to soften, I can't remember how long mine took, but it did take a while. Mine are soft, squishy, and they bounce too. They are soft, but slightly firmer than real breasts. Just give it some time
