I don't get it! Create rescue disk makes an ISO file If I born this to a CD disk this is not seen by the system (Windows 7) as bootable. In other words ISO is not a bootable file format. How do I take this ISO file and get this into something bootable on system start when it looks at my CD/DVD drive as bootable?

I have a bootable Leopard DMG image that I'd like to burn to a USB stick. I want to be able to boot off the USB stick if I need to for AHT or OS reinstall. The DMG image is 6.8GB and the USB stick is 8GB. Disk Utility will not let me burn to a USB - only SuperDrive (my SuperDrive is SL DVD-R (4.7GB) burner anyway).
