I found the following thread which details how to Install OS in a USB flash drive. [ http://www.intowindows.com/how-to-in...working-gui de] . Is it possible to install TWO or more OS in the same USB? (i.e. Win XP and Win7 or Win Vista and Win7...). Is any additional software needed for this purpose (kind of Boot Menu)

Hi, I've created a bootable Ubuntu USB flash disk. Is there any way to retain any installed software on the boot disk so that next time I boot from it, it is already there ? For example it doesn't come with Wine installed, I can install Wine once booted, but if I reboot it has gone. I'd like this to be available next time I boot.

Hey guys, I discovered this the other day while doing a google search for how to make a bootable USB stick to install Windows 7 onto my netbook. It doesn't seem to be very well known yet. I used it and it worked like a charm. Just point the program to your Windows 7 ISO, plug in your USB stick, and let it do its magic. Obviously make sure you dont have any data on the USB stick, as it ...

This may be a stupid question, but here goes. Is there a way to use portable apps from portableapps.com on a bootable USB flash drive with UBCD4WIN on it? Why would I want to do this, you ask? I have a 4GB Pico drive (tiny little stainless steel waterproof USB flash drive) on my key chain with PortableApps.com...

I have a bootable Leopard DMG image that I'd like to burn to a USB stick. I want to be able to boot off the USB stick if I need to for AHT or OS reinstall. The DMG image is 6.8GB and the USB stick is 8GB. Disk Utility will not let me burn to a USB - only SuperDrive (my SuperDrive is SL DVD-R (4.7GB) burner anyway). I have a stripped down version of XP, as an ISO, which I want to put on a netbook (which has no CD/DVD Drive) I need to create a bootable USB so I can do this. All of the online solutions seem to require a Windows machine to do this, but I only have a Mac. Any suggestions?
