I chop my sirloin in the processer, brown in butter, add all thegrated veggies (carrots, parsnips, cauliflower, onion) , wine, tomato sauce, dried mushrooms, beef stock. It simmers, stirring frequently. The whipping cream is added when it is finished, my meat is very tender. I am always afraid the wine will
curdle any milk or cream. My family loves this version.
