Just got back from a 20 minute bike ride with my almost 4 year old in the baby seat. We went a lil over 2 miles and my legs were on fire. She is small but 34 pounds and it makes a difference when she is on there. Glad I got at least 20 minutes of something in again today. I think I'll start w1 d1 again tomorrow since I didn't today.
