I think people would become annoyed at having to wait for you to complete an entire workout on the cable stack. Particularly, if like my gym, there is only one! Seriously though, I think it is best to use a variety of cables,
free-weights, and even... deep gulp... machines. Back to my gym: there is a guy who spends around 2-3 hours on the cable stack every day. Grrrr, I need a new gym ...
