Speaking of tube benders.... After reading nbilby's thread: http://coloradok5.com/forums/showthr...75#post2625 044 and keeping budget minded, I too will be in need of at least a minimal type cage for my build, to get it off road safe. I would add to it in the future, but would like to get a 6-10 point cage in it to start with. ...

I am looking into picking up Mind Benders for my sons and was wondering if I should start with book 1 for everyone and go through the series, or should I start each of them on the books that match their age and ability levels?

Well they should be. This has probably already been mentioned but it just occurred to me today as I lay thinking. I wasn't a huge fan of Avatar but I did watch a lot of the episodes, later on in the series it became apparent that water benders were extremely deadly in close combat because they could bend the water in the human body. Does anyone have any links to websites that have activities like in Mind Benders Warm Up? For example: Rockey and Terrible are a bird and an elephant. Rocky weighs more than terrible. Who is who? Joanne is Kelly's mother. Linda is Joanne's mother. How is Linda related to Kelly? Those types of things. It seems expensive to spend $10 on a book to get 78 of those. Tara

What I really wanted was a pipe roller. The type that has three rollers that can be used to put arcs into pipe or flat bar. The prices for these seem high for the machine at around $1500. Anyone seen ...

Online petitions can usually be taken with a grain of salt but this one is sanctioned by the Queensland parliament so it carries more weight right!! Probably not, but if you're a Queensland resident it couldn't hurt to sign it!

The most popular benders out there are the JD2 and the Pro Tools 105. The bender itself is relatively the cheap part. The dies are the expensive part, especially when you start looking into more than 1 size. When I started looking into benders, I noticed that Pro Tools dies were cheaper (I'm not sure if they still are). That's partially why I chose mine. I think the bender that Frankz built ...
