My 7 week old baby has a small pea sized redish bump inside of his belly button, i thought maybe that it was still part of his cord that hasnt fallen off yet. The last couple of days its been getting really gross, it looks like buggers are coming out of it. (greenish yellow stickyness) I have an appointment at the pedi on thursday because it just doest look normal and i want his doctor to take ...

You can try to use Desitin in there as well. My DD used to get heat rash in the folds of her legs, her armpits, and her belly button. It helps clear it up if that is what it is.

I got my belly button pierced last December. I had a few problems but I think it was/is finally healing, but I think it might be infected.. The part thats inside my belly button, the bottom hole, has been crusting alot (gross, I know) and it will puss after I get out of the shower & other random times. How can I heal it if it is infected? Do I need to call a doctor for antibiotics?

Do hot water sea salt soaks, I know everyone says this and your probably like enough of that already haha but they really work I recently got my nose done and when it acts like I do the soaks and its fine in like 1-days

The others have good advice. If you can't clear it by soaking the "hole" with peroxide or some other type of antibacterial solution, go straight to your doctor for antibiotics. Infections anywhere in the body must be treated promptly when pregnant. (some infections can be associated with preterm labour if it gets into the bloodstrream)
