Yep rockinred. get a barbell and weights. do deadlifts and bend over barbell rows. with a pullup bar, do regular or wide grip pullups (palms facing away from you), along with the lat pulldown machine, and you got yourself a back workout.

Ok, just something I was thinking about myself, don't know what you'd think about it or anyone else but anyway: Day 1: A) Deadlift B) Leg press C1) Military press C2) Pullups Day 3: A) Power cleans B) Front squats C1) Bench press C2) Barbell rows Repeat on day 5. Personally I think it's ok to mix inbetween the two later exercises unless maximum weight is that important. ...
