I was wondering if anyone has bought or tried an AMD 785G or 770 chipset mobo from Asus. These boards (from Asus) seem to be in every store and heavily available online as well. However, regarding Linux, they have more obscure hardware including the VIA Sound Controller Model VT1708S. Yes, you could buy a sound card if it posed a problem but it would be interesting how it is in Linux ...

as above buying it for my fren prefer g31/g33 mobos+ e4xxx/e7xxx/e2xxx/e5xxx for amd prefer not too high end ones but faster then pentium d 820 for 100+ nid to reconfirm budget with fren

ich habe n Gigabyte GA-MA770-UD3 Rev. 2.0 bei Everest habe ich nichts anderes gefunden außer das was ich vorhin gepostet habe prime lief 2 stunden ohne probleme durch. Wie kann ich die settings von Prime so auswählen, damit er cpu und ram richtig "rannimmt"? Ich habe nur Blend genommen, da ich keine ahnung habe, was man da nehmen soll
