When I turn my truck on I get 3 distinct flashes then 2. Then another round of 3-2 then solid. I'm assuming the airbag works like the older check engine lights where the first set of flashes is the first number second set is the second digit. I tried googling for code 32, but all I could find was that on Aerostar vans this is for the clock spring or something. Anyone know what the trouble code ...

hi guys, i took my car for a pre MOT test the other day and i have one problem the horn wont work. Apparently i have no drivers airbag squib and need to get one for the horn to work? anyway danny said i can have the one from his ibiza he is breaking. the problem is that neither of us know what it looks like haha. can anyone explain what it looks like and where it would be? thanks paddy

Folks, I have a 3 spoke multi function sport steering wheel and airbag from my 2001 740 for sale. I have changed to a paddle shift steering wheel, so this is for sale. Hi, i live in the UK and most vehicles over here have the ability to simply turn off the passenger airbag when a baby is occupying the front seat in a rearward facing baby seat. Looking at the owners manual it seems that on my GC 3.0 CRD Overland this feature is unavailable. Is this the case or am i missing something as to how it is done? THANKS DARRYL

Airbag reinstall hi guys, about a couple of months ago, i took the original steering wheel and used an aftermarket one and is there a special procedure to reinstall the original steering wheel w/out accidentally activating the airbag? once again thank you so much for any inputs.

Ok, so I needed a new airbag. I got one without the steering wheel, just the airbag. When I took the old one out (deployed), the connectors on the back were friend obviously, so I popped them off, and they are useless. Therefore, I cant connect my new airbag just yet. Tried erasing fault using Durametrics but airbag warning light still on. Fault code came out 8001 module did not initialize, Supply voltage. Checked modules under the passenger seat and it seems ok. Could this be a wiring harness issue? Again my thanks and more power to the people of Renntech!!! Awesome site.
