yeah I know this is an odd place to ask, but does anyone know of an air compressor parts dealer online? I was fiddling with my big air compressor that I bought with a broken flywheel. The compressor spins, but might need a rebuild. I’m looking for a rebuild kit and a new flywheel. The motor seems fine, but I don’t know for sure since it’s 3 phase and I don’t have that. The air compressor has a ...

I just looked at the home part of their website and found their address. I'm going to have to ask around. I know a few truckers that go through there.

Air compressor project. All of the 'green' colored parts are from an old Craftsman compressor that were transfered to this tank. The pump, presure switch and tank are all good but the motor is questionable. A little TLC could get it going again or disassemble for parts. Call 717-375-6046 for additional information. You would need a big compressor and air tanks in order to have the required volume. Air brakes work very well BUT the parts involved and the way they function would cost a ton of ground clearance.

Here's a site i used for reference to make a boost leak tester from $10 of parts from Home Depot: IC Pipe Tester Its for a turbo, but same basic idea.... Note, you will need access to an air compressor tank since once you pressurize the car , you need to listen carefully for any hissing noises. Also, they said you could use a bike pump on that site, but i tried that once and it was ...

I just bought mine because I was lazy, but I think the parts are round pvc cap (3" usually) 1/4 NPT--> male air compressor fitting (or tire valve) depending on your air source 1/4 NPT tap some kind of coupler and clamp(s) to connect it to the turbo inlet. factory inlet is 2 1/4" I believe. you can also pressure test a naturally aspirated car to look for vacuum leaks (i've done it on...
