Hello,   Currently, I use Adobe Acrobat 7.0 to PDF documents and then send them out for review.   When I send out the PDF documents in an email-based review, my colleagues open the documents with Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.0, but are unable to add and save comments to the document. Why not?   How do I enable Adobe Acrobat 7.0 documents for commenting?   Thank you and best regards!...

My files need to be saved to pdf today, and I am concerned that my Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard files may not be readable to someone who says they want the files saved in "pdf. format, version 7.0"......is that a misconception on their part, or do I need to do anything different?  If I install version 7, it will probably overwrite my version 8, correct?   I appreciate any feedback to resolve ...

I've installed Adobe Acrobat Standard 7.0 on a Windows Server 2003 domain client with windows XP SP3 onboard. To install Adobe Standard 7.0 I must log-in on the client as a local/domain administrator and after the installation is completed, all works fine: I can crate Adobe pdf file from any application - Office 2003, I.E. 7.0, etc. But when I login to the same client as a non administrative...

My office Macintosh computer has Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Standard. (When I click on About Acrobat,  Acrobat 7.0 Standard is in large print, and underneath, in small print is Version 7.1.0 - 4/23/08 4:22 AM. I find that confusing, but I assume I still have 7.0)  I am trying to do a free Acrobat upgrade because I am no longer able to download PDF files from the Internet.   If I bring up Adobe, click...
