I have been having a problem with my computer for the past couple of months. The battery died and the computer will only work when it is connected with the ac cord. I purchased another battery from Dell thinking it had died since the computer is several years old but the computer still will not work without the ac cord. Please help. Hi, my new iMac was delivered today and the power cord comes with 2-flat pins with a 15 cm green-and-yellow cable at the side. At the end of the cable is a little fork. I am in Hong Kong SAR where the standard is a 3-square-pin plug. No way do our sockets cater for this kind of plug. Should I be getting some other type of power cord?...

I have a 1st generation Starmate St1 and my AC power cord died on me this week. The manual says it's 10-16V negative ground DC but I can't find what specs are needed for AC. The newer Starmates are 5V DC, so they have different AC supply. Does anyone know if I can use these new ones? I'm afraid try it and blow my unit because it's a Lifetime Sub.
