LAN/NIC same thing.... the NIC is just onboard and not in a slot...

Hi I would like to know what type of RAM (SDRAM, DDR, DDR2) that this Mother board: Abit AS8 / AS8-V (Intel i865-ICH5) can utilize? I have already tried using CPUZ to check but it does not give me much info and even tried googling the motherboard itself to check for specs but can't seem to find it either. If anyone that has this motherboard or has knowledge about it cld you let me...
