Property next door to us sold for $70K after the house on it was destroyed by fire. Zillow information shows that the house sold for this amount, which effects the estimates of all neighboring properties. Address of this property is 10408 Ski Dr. Oklahoma City, OK 73162.

You cannot actually delete your home out of zillow. Zillow posts public info about almost every house in the country. (take a look - most of the houses in zillow are not for sale) But, you should be able to remove the pics and change the status. If you claimed your home and updated the sales info about it, you should be able to edit the entry and take it out of 'for sale' status. If your ...

I have edited my home facts, which increased the sq footage and room numbers, but the home value went down. Shouldn't the value go up? Each time I make a change to the facts, zillow subtracts the amount instead of adding the amount? Please provide assistance.
