Further to my 'rant' above, in this forum on 26th September, I received 2 'read receipts' from Breathe dated 5th & 13th Oct in reply to my complaint sent on 28th Sep, then yesterday (14th Oct) I received info from the Customer Services Dept. stating that owing to the 'problems experienced' by myself, they are not taking any further payments - (a total of £45.02p) - until mid January ...
