I have a compaq presario 1200 and a dlink wireless pcmcia card. Whenever it loads something from the web the speakers make zapping, crunching noises. It goes away when I put something in the headphone jack and lessens when I press down on the wireless card a little. Any ideas as to why it's doing this? Thanks in advance.

Goodness, these electrical zaps are enough to wear you down. Have been zapping for a few days now, at times, seems like every 15 - 20 seconds and can keep going like that for hours. Imagine the fun you could have with this electromagnetic pulse RFID zapper . Not only does it fry RFID chips, it also successfully repels women and kills any chance of you ever getting a date.

I have the JMB small battery and damn thing keeps dying lately. Maybe battery is dead and need a new on, or alternator is bad and not recharging, or is it simply the cold weather just zapping the power out? I tried starting it and all I get is clicks, so from tank experience I didn't keep trying as I don't want to burn out the starter. I just need help narrowing it down. Thanks

Has anybody watched the tribute yesterday on BBC 2? It was awesome. I stumbled on it while zapping away (as usual...lol) and saw it....stayed up till 3 am (feeling kinda tired right now... ). First they showed an overview of his career with different interviews of people who worked with him (fi. Quincy Jones etc.) with the guy (forgot his name) who taught Michael the 'robot' and the 'moonwalk'...

Found that Koso makes one of these. It's for bikes and sleds with no batteries. Keeps you from zapping their gauges with spiky AC or DC voltage and gives you clean 12 to 15 DC. $37.95 US. Bought mine from Hi-Performance Engineering. Easy instructions and clean install. Works slick....
