Just received my bottle of it today, and it says to take 3 or 4 capsules about an hour before bed. Was just wondering if i should take recommended dose or should i cut down a bit? (Asking mainly since im really lightweight) Thanks

I have to say, I'm impressed. I've been taking the combo for the past week or so and I've gotten some of the most restful sleep I've had in a long time. AND waking up feeling refreshed early in the AM. I've been mixing the SGH with water and quaffing it, but I see sublingual application of the powder may work better and at a smaller dose. Let me preface this with I would prefer people who want to post in this thread not to recommend other products, say both are a waste of money because there are cheaper versions, or say hey if you are eating right they are a waste of money. I hope posters such as Peter, Chasin, No Hype, Neuron, Leo, Wanderlei(factum(sp) and others post their thoughts between the two. IMHO these products...

hey everyone, well i came down with a pretty knarly cold. so i was prescribed a 5 day antibiotic cycle. The ingredient is Azithromycin. How is this going to effect my body? currently on protein, gluts, bcaa, creatine, Animal Pak, Jack3d, Purple Wrath, ZMK, and Diesel Test Pro-cycle... Thanks everyone

Anyone tried the ironman stack? Curious on the feedback....I know its expensive but prob well worth it. How long would this stack last you? fish oil, glucosamine, nicotinic acid for me, protein post workout, zmk before bed can't have my multis because of roaccutane, they all seem to have a high vitamin-A content jase you know that jack3d has creatine in it right?

Does this effect sleep like other sleep aids such as nyquil do? Like do i have to make sure i leave myself x amount of hours to sleep and become stable before opertaing machinery/driving/etc.?! I heard zmk is a better formula of zma. True or false?! if so, than why still make zma?!

I have also used both and they seemed fairly similar. I enjoyed orange triad more than both of these...and also the Mvp/Zmk stack as my staple. Ive heard good things about AoR's multi as well so you can check that out too.
