Just received my bottle of it today, and it says to take 3 or 4 capsules about an hour before bed. Was just wondering if i should take recommended dose or should i cut down a bit? (Asking mainly since im really lightweight) Thanks

hey everyone, well i came down with a pretty knarly cold. so i was prescribed a 5 day antibiotic cycle. The ingredient is Azithromycin. How is this going to effect my body? currently on protein, gluts, bcaa, creatine, Animal Pak, Jack3d, Purple Wrath, ZMK, and Diesel Test Pro-cycle... Thanks everyone

Anyone tried the ironman stack? Curious on the feedback....I know its expensive but prob well worth it. How long would this stack last you? I haven't tried any millenium products other than vmp/zmk but have read a ton of great reviews on all the products listed in the stack. Thanks OH btw.
