Feeling very depressed about year 8. Unfortunately I have them last thing on Friday and I only teach them once a week. They are bottom set, 25 of them, most sen etc and no TA support. I suppose if I analyse it, about 10 of them behave well but the others create mayhem. I have tried a variety of activities to try and engage them but the badly behaved have not responded.
