I've tried regular NO-Xplode and like it. I'm almost out and am looking to try something different. I'm thinking either White Flood or NO-Xplode NT... which would you recommend out of those two? Or any other suggestions? Thanks in advance!

i bought no xplode the other day, been using it for about a week loving the pumps and energy. just wondering if its necessary to have it on an empty stomach? what would be the advantage, wouldnt it be better to have half a scoop of whey or something around the same time with it? and whats the advantage of waiting 30 mins, does it supposedly take that long to kick in? any help would be ...

NO xplode advice Got my Xplode on friday currenlty trying to find out what amount is best for me. On Friday before my workout I took one scoop, this morning I took two scoops. I decided to try creatine but now im wondering if i should go with a formula (No Xplode) or just pure creatine. im kind of confused about how the "loading" process would be with the No Xplode, as it has a lot of other stuff in it per serving (like how much creatine is exactly in a scoop of it?)
