Me and a few other VW/Audi guys get together every Friday at Sal's restaurant in Withrow, right across the street from the Withrow ballroom. If anyone would be interested in coming and hanging out let me know. PM me and I can give you details on how to get there and what time, usually 6 or 6:30. Always a good time, we usually just BS about Dubs and Audi's and what not

20 year old prospect Chris Withrow has really been working it in AA recently, he is on a innings limit but since his horrible first start he has been doing great. Last 25 innings: 6 ER 24k's 240 average 6'3 solid frame, if he keeps this up he is going to be a good one

Withrow done for '09 - Cory Withrow has been placed on injured reserve. His 2009 is now over. Withrow was not supposed to start for the team this season, but to provide depth on a mostly unproven offensive line. Look for the team to reel in a new lineman in the coming weeks. http://www.rototimes.com/index.php?s...ball&type=h ome

It's said that pitchers get to the majors on thier stuff, but once they're there, they need to know how to use thier stuff. It's the highest league in the world, and major league hitters are the best and smartest, and pitchers need to think about how to best utilize thier stuff. We dont know how good Gould's stuff is at this point, which is why he'll be in Low-A next spring. Now, having ...

Not a lot of people realize it, but the system has come back now that the 2008 draftees (Gordon, EMartin, Lindblom, Eovaldi, etc) have started to establish themselves as excellent talent. Then we have the best players from 2007 (Withrow and Lambo), one of whom is the right handed Kershaw and the other has more power potential than Ethier (according to scouts). Anyway, Kemp would be very ...

I really like Withrow, but I think 40 is a tad high. If he improves in 2010 as he did in 2009, then a top 40 ranking would be just. There's no doubt he has talent, but he needs to stay healthy (freak injury, I know) and do it in back-to-back seasons. He is quite projectable, though. Definitely a top 5 Dodger prospect.
